Well after many years, of service from crown point pharmacy I had to change after a particularly very very nice and knowledgeable worker left. Honestly, the reason for this was as some other comments about sum it all up rather correctly. tbh . However, I did return and for what reason I thought it made sense. So as they assumed the Purolator returns center, I thought this was a convenient time for me to do that also. Well basically no longer being a customer again . I Continued to use the Purolator returns and WOW 👌 absolutely 💯 attitude from The one girl asking what I bought, shoes ,dresses colour size style.?? WHY Im returning it,? did I buy all at once?? She is Not Amazon customer service! And said she has no where to put anything!! , that is not my problem.. these were many but small items , I am not the companymakingthe arrangementswith Purolator returns. The girl the week before was nice. But this one girl not at all. Basically yelling to me the scanned items were being rejected. I had to ask for them to be done again. Absolutely ridiculous. Then I get a phone call from them. A message is being sent to me from MANAGEMENT , saying I came there with too many items and half hour before closing. Well that was a lie ! If you want to tell the truth about the situation I have a documented call that came in after 3:40pm while I was there and a copy of the items being scanned in . The store closes at 6pm? on Friday? If im not mistaken.. But to guy the only one that has given me attitude and cut eye at me. No other Pharmacisthas has been rude to me as this particular one. most are gone now. After telling me a few occasions about a EAP coverage on a medication that was expired was incorrect. Learning that the last one one, no one tried to contact me based on this Mistake . I was told I would be contacted right away. That put me in a real bad way, well over 30 days. Then I learned from my DR. it was not expired. once but twice over a decade. I had to pay out of pocket $500. 00 ... The last time I was unemployed and could hardly afford the week amount. under $100.00. Now after being with a pharmacy over decade plus , on and off .. You would think they would help you ASAP. So you wouldn't be sick. And stressed about the financial situation. no care or anything. infact , it was Saturday at 12.08pm , I learned that the were not going to send out my medication. they closed at 1pm and the delivery was leaving at 12:30pm that day . So nothing , No one looked into anything noticeable that the date of expiration was approaching. ?? They are a small neighborhood community. Caring for their community customers ?? h could have literally died having the medication just stopped and removed so abruptly from my system.

We have been relying on Crown Point Pharmacy for all our prescriptions since they opened. Consistently helpful, friendly and as expected, accurate and timely.

I have been with this pharmacy since it opened. We were having a hard time finding a pharmacy that was good to deal with. We hit the jackpot with this one. They are friendly and helpful. If they do not have something that is over the counter that we were looking for they order it for us. Every pharmacist that works there is very friendly and knowledgeable. They offer great advice that is actually helpful. We moved during the pandemic but still travel to this pharmacy, they are that good. It is worth the 20 minute drive, they are that good. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone who needs a good and friendly pharmacy.

Great place, just started with this pharmacy today. Friendly staff and the pharmacist is kind, thorough and very friendly! Highly recommend!
