Liane PWorst night "sleep" ever! I took my mum away for a 10k London run. The hotel was ran down it took over half an hour to check in not usually an issue. There was limited drinks in stock. It was very ran down and the dirtiest premier inn I've ever stayed in. There was so much noise outside our room a family let their kids run up and down the hallway multiple times through the night. Talking so loudly outside. Too tired to get up and go down to reception. It was on and off over 4/5hours. If you experience this you must tell the reception in the morning on departure for the good night guarantee to be valid unfortunately feeling rubbish after lack of sleep oh and a blocked loo they didn't fix so we couldn't use our facilities doesn't count if you don't tell them on departure even though we didn't know about the guarantee. Just making others aware so they dont miss out as we did, I'm sire there woukd have been another excuse on departure. Avoid this hotel good staff but awful facilities, others were dissappinted by the hotels ran down appearance and it wasn't clean to the usual standards of premier inn. I wish I had recorded it as it was terrible but I was trying to get back to sleep again & didn't want to get up to get my phone we kept thinking it had stopped but started again just as we were getting back to sleep, I know the hotel cannot control their guest but this was so inconsiderate.
grey mThis nicely refurbished hotel is close walking distance to Ealing Broadway Station and to the Ealing town centre. |The rooms are very clean, comfortable THE WINDOWS WILL OPEN !!!!! which I really like. |The staff here go the extra mile to make our stay perfect. Everyone was wonderful and especially Lakshmi on reception , a perfect host. |I recommend this hotel
Gordon CRegularly use Premier Inn hotels (first time here) and they are always good. However, this time they were excellent. Thought the staff from, check in, cleaning and breakfast were outstanding. Don’t normally notice the staff but they were friendly and genuinely looking to help. In the past the staff were like robots. Farhana at breakfast Sunday was great. Will definitely be back
Craig BTo keep this review short and sweet I will say this hotel is standard what you would expect from premier inn. Nice and comfy rooms. Reliable hotels at valuable rate and also option to have an upgraded room at again good value.||||The one thing that does stand out about this hotel is the service unlike any other premier inn I have stayed at. Staff are engaging and ask how everything is. Breakfast is a delight with sharif as host. Always asking how everything is and if anything else is needed.
