⭐ 1/5 — Worst Stay Ever. Completely Unhygienic and Unbearable This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was absolutely unhygienic — dirty floors, stained bedsheets, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There was a constant foul smell, like garbage, coming from the hallway and even inside the room. The AC was not working at all, and when we complained, the staff just ignored us or said “we’ll send someone” — but no one ever came. The room was hot, suffocating, and uncomfortable, especially at night. The overall condition of the hotel was disgusting. Garbage was lying around the corridors, and there were even paan stains and leakage patches on the walls. I seriously regret booking this place. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel. Not worth your money, time, or health.

Worst Hotel Stay Ever – Avoid at All Costs We had a terrible experience at this hotel and I would strongly advise against staying here. The first room given to us had a leaking AC and a bathroom door that wouldn’t close. After requesting a change, the second room had no working TV, no phone to reach reception, and even dirty water coming out of the toilet when flushing. It took five calls to get another room, but unfortunately the third room also had serious issues — the geyser and exhaust fan were not working, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, and the main door was difficult to lock. After shifting to three rooms, we were frustrated but stayed the last night before checking out. The staff service was very poor. The reception team was rude and unhelpful, while the other staff did not provide even basic things like water or towels on request. Additionally, there was ongoing renovation work, making the 3rd and 4th floors very dirty and noisy, disturbing our rest. We booked through Booking.com and were forced to pay the entire amount at check-in itself. Later we realized why — if we had not already paid, we would have surely checked out the very next day. This hotel is absolutely unfit for guests. Worst stay ever. Not recommended at all.

The room is not well maintained. I had to change 3 rooms. The cleanliness is very bad. I found a couple of rats in the room and had to force myself to change the room later the other room had no lock to the washroom and it was beside the main road and the it wasn’t sound proofed. The food was descent but the restaurant doesn’t offer all the times mentioned in the menu, it’s all name sake. It needs better skilled workers and matured staff.
