As a customer with Toyota for the past 10 years, I have never experienced rude customer service. Today I came for my car's first MOT service, which I booked over the phone and received a confirmation email for. When I arrived for my appointment, the lady who took my car key was absolutely rude. She said there was no booking for me. When I showed her the email I received, she had nothing to say. She just asked for my key and said nothing else, not even what would happen next or when I would receive the car back. I could clearly see other colleagues in the reception area welcoming customers in a very kind manner and valuing them. But she was absolutely rude. I don't know why she was behaving like that with me. I will formally write this matter to toyota.

Alison & James were wonderful. Professional, warm and friendly. I had a full service & mot and was kept informed at all times. Used the sit & wait service and it took around 3.5 hours. Waiting room was warm and comfy. I've been using Jemca Toyota in Croydon for the last 6 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Service is very good here. It's not cheap but good. Once they service or MOT your car, a video link is sent to you, which you can see under the car for all things that you may need to do to your car. I came here to get service and MOT done. The price was around £480 plus any additional works they may recommend. Ask for 10% discount. If you take the service while you wait, then it will take around 3 hours for service MOT. They have hot drinks machine with biscuits.

I received outstanding service from Jemca Croydon Service & Bodyshop today. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Alison at reception, both when dropping off and later when collecting my car – a small but thoughtful touch that set the tone for the visit. My car diagnostic was overseen by Serena Miller, who was professional, prompt, and courteous throughout. I had specific concerns about the timeframe for diagnostics, and Serena went out of her way to clarify when my car would be looked at, updating me promptly. She also arranged for Glen to provide a detailed update, including an estimated completion time. Glen took the time to explain the issues with my car thoroughly and clearly, which I found extremely helpful. The safety report I received was comprehensive, detailed, and excellent value for the price paid. Having been a Toyota customer for 12 years, I can honestly say that today I was blown away by the exceptional level of customer care and professionalism from the whole team. Highly recommended!
