I was never a gym person nor ever had any personal trainer. This is the first gym I've joined and while the staff is amazing and the place is exceptionally clean and proper, the best thing about my fitness journey has been the trainer, Christine! Christine is one of the best people I've had the good luck of having as my trainer. I was postpartum and she specializes in women's health - this was by far the perfect combo for me to see results and realize why I need to workout even generally. I don't think I'll go back to not working out now!

Anytime Fitness in Stoney Creek is a fantastic place to work out! The atmosphere is always positive and encouraging. What really sets this gym apart is its amazing staff. Jack is incredibly empathetic and always makes you feel heard and supported. Sebastian is a great motivator, pushing you to reach your full potential. Mo is the master craft, not only offering expert advice and guidance but also always fixing things to make sure everything is in top shape. Highly recommend this gym!

awesome gym truly, i've been a member for 2 years & I love the place. The facility is always clean and the staff are great too, super polite and welcoming. missing some niche equipment but its got the staples. Big shout out to the staff as well, very motivating & might even give you a spot if you need it!

I lost $300 due to a miscommunication with this gym, ensure you understand the contract. I wish I signed with a more transparent and cheaper gym. ~6 months ago I signed up, stating that I will be moving >30 km away and will need to cancel my contract then. They stated it would be free if I move > 30 km away. Maybe it was a misunderstanding on my part or a miscommunication on theirs but it is >30 km away from ANY AF location, not this one. I had to pay $300 to cancel. The facility itself is a 4 star at least; clean, organized, friendly staff, a wide variety of equipment. Could use another squat rack, its missing some machines (back, incline chest, tricep) and can be a bit tight but overall a nice gym. If my pocket wasn't $300 lighter it would warrant the ~$60 a month price.
