Crunch Fitness - Petal

I totally enjoy going to this gym. They have a little something for everyone. It is easy to get in and out. Even when there are multiple people in the gym, everyone is super courteous. There are some slight annoyances. Like people talking with headphones on (very loud), people not wiping down their equipment after use, people who come in and lay weights everywhere, people who walk around in socks. There's literally a sign on the wall that say wear shoes! Just nasty. You have an array of people that attend. You have the weirdos, the nerds, the meat heads, and then the nakeds. 😆 I'm sure you can find somewhere you fit in. I'm more of the nerdy, non talkative. I may nod at you, if I even look up. Regardless its an amazing place to work out. Sometimes the music is kinda off, but you can always ask and the staff at the counter turn into DJs or just being earbuds. They are amazing!!! The staff is nice. The facility is very clean and organized. They have showers and dressing rooms with lockers. If you need to tan there are stand up and regular beds. They even have a hydro massage bed. The prices are great! With some memberships they allow you to bring a guest each day. Its amazing. With us having to open the bakery each day its nice to have options of time and locations. I am appreciative of this place. Working out and learning to eat appropriately I've gone from 258 to 167. There's been some highs and lows, but they have everything you need to get back on track! I totally recommend!!!

This has been my home gym for over 5 years now and there is no place I'd rather be. It is a smaller location so they dont have EVERY fancy machine, but they have everything you need for a solid workout. The employees are kind and are a pleasure to talk to. I go in the mornings mostly, so it is usually an older crowd, and not as packed (if you enjoy an emptier gym). I occasionally go in the evenings and it is definitely a different vibe. Different music, the crowd is younger and it is much more packed starting around 5ish and stays that way well past 830pm most of the time. They have newer tanning beds (stand up and lay down), a water massage machine and clean locker rooms. As a whole, if you dont need every bell and whistle this is a good little gym to meet your fitness needs.

0/10 do not recommend. If i could give negative stars I would. They finally canceled my policy after months of telling me they couldn’t cancel because of my balance. It took months of me sending them letters explaining that i was unable to use the membership anymore because of medical reasons and could not pay at the moment due to my cut in hrs. I explained many times I was willing to pay in the future or as I received the money but they refused continuously. Do not join this gym. Crunch is not run by honest individuals. For the life of me I will never understand how moral bankruptcy someone has to be to lie to people repeatedly. Scary world we live in.
