We used Crystal four years ago when we were looking for our first home, and she did a fantastic job pointing things out to us and showing us the ropes of home buying. She cares a lot about her clients and gives her honest feedback on the good and bad in various homes you view with her, which we really appreciated. We then called her up again a few months ago, as we were ready to move out of the city and find a small acreage to raise our growing family on. Our situation was unique, as we were also needing an acreage that had - or had the potential for - a separate basement suite, so the in-laws could live with us as well. While this caused the search to take longer than normal, viewing lots of houses that were no's, she was patient and finally found the one we decided to purchase (that already had a fully functional basement suite), which we just moved into this past weekend and are excited to make our own! As always, she was very upfront, honest, helpful, and patient with our extra requirements, which we have really appreciated.

Crystal is an amazing realtor...we bought our house through her 6 years ago and also had her sell our house just this year. She is friendly, personable, knowledgeable, professional, approachable and patient for all of our questions lol. I would recommend her over and over again. Amazing service!!

About a year ago we looked at several SK acreages, Crystal went above and beyond to travel a fair distance to be our eyes and ears as we were out of province. She helped us avoid a terrible place by being able to get proper inspections, and then helped us negotiate on our dream place. However, as life does, when a hiccup happened and we then moved to a different province, she did everything she could to make sure we could secure that place. Weeks after she knew she was not getting a commission from us buying in SK, she still was looking out for our interests and doing what she could to assist us. We will always be grateful for her integrity and her business ethics of what truly is best for her clients. A year later and we still hope one day we can work with her for our dream farm as she truly stands above the rest.
