recently i went to the outlet to enquire about a new watch face for my fairly old watch It was a brand called Kahuna.the shop manager said leave it with us and was given an option to pay there and then which i did,i was informed that it may take a while so i left it and also gave my telephone number & e: mail.any way went to get it back and was told that it was nigh on impossible to get a replacement glass.as it was not important that i had the watch back he then went on to say leave it for a couple of days,and low and behold a face for the watch had been made. i am very grateful for the effort put in to get the watch repaired i will gladly recommend Timpson to get the job done,very reliable thank you very much M.Hopkins

Superb job. Friendly polite reception from Nathan who very kindly also mended a broken handle on my bag and wouldn’t charge. Cannot recommend enough!! It will now be my go to repair shop.
