They were the management for the block im living in. Ended up having bad water ingress from the roof that tried to report, they were not bothered at all, they were more interested in a minor crack in a window that we dont even use. 6+ months of trying to get them to look at the water ingress, but no updates, kept on being pushed to some other person to get an update who never replied to any emails sent. Then all out of the blue they just gave up on our block, sent email saying they no longer manage it and have to get someone else to deal with it. Absolutely pathetic, wouldnt waste money or time on these people, all lies on their website about caring for the block and tenants.

Since they took over the management of our complex in Long Eaton I've been incredibly impressed by their professionalism, clear communication and the fact that they really do have the owners at the forefront of any decision they make. Best decision we made moving away from a large inefficient management company. Highly recommend MVN.

I've always had my queries answered quickly with MVN and they've managed our building with full transparency. Service charges were kept the same for a good three years until the building safety act, when service charges increased due to this new legislation for high rise buildings. However, MVN explained it in full, had an AGM and update us with newsletters about our building.

Similar experience to below 1 ⭐ reviews. In summary, avoid at all costs. I live in an apartment building unfortunately managed by MVN. Have had our water cut off for planned works four times without notice - twice on Friday/Saturday nights (first 10pm to 3am, second 7pm to 2.30am). On the first Friday we got no notice AT ALL. No replacement water, which was a bit tough to find at midnight when we got home. On the second Friday they told us of the works on Friday afternoon - 10-12pm. Fine - we planned for that. They then turned the water off at 7pm and didn't come back on until 3am. Only a 2L Tesco bottle provided randomly 3 hours after the cutoff for 7 hours of water loss - like that would cokver anything. They claimed the works were urgent, when indeed they disclosed they were planned in earlier comms. In fact those works were ignored and not attended to by MVN for so long they became urgent (we have got notice of the planned repairs for months). Good luck enjoying your home with these people mismanaging the building repairs. No communication, no notice, radio silence when you try to reach them. The one question we'll ask in future renting is whether MVN has any involvement and would avoid it like the plague!
