My visits have always been pleasant.The staff is very nice. I come for x-rays and annual cleanings which are painless and thorough . He remembers me and my dental concerns. What I like most is that he is honest and doesn't make me feel pressured to do unnecessary work. As a teacher I appreciate his flexibility with my schedule., and that he offers his services if I ever need it.

My first time at this clinic, and I cannot find the words to describe THE best customer service. Everyone was so kind and explained everything to me, giving me options and never pressuring me in my decision making. Kudos to wonderful staff and dentist.

Everyone was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. I was taken in fairly promptly. Because I moved, and was less than happy with my previous dentist, I chose Crystal Lake because of the reviews and proximity to my new home. The positive reviews are well-deserved. One nice touch I have not seen before is a TV mounted on the ceiling facing downwards, directly over the patient chair.

I’ve been going to this dental office for over a year and I consistently have a pleasant experience at every visit. The staff are friendly and there is rarely much of a wait time. Dr. Tamkeen is especially kind and always checks in to make sure I’m comfortable whether it’s a routine cleaning or any other procedure.
