She said, 'I have seen a lot of teeth from China look like this,' which did not feel like a professional way to explain the situation. It made me feeling uncomfortable. I hope the clinic can address this and be more respectful and supportive for their patients.

I made the switch to this dental office earlier this year when my prior dental office no longer took my insurance. It was a very difficult decision to make as I absolutely loved my prior dentist. I heard good things about Crystal Springs while doing my research. I have been in twice now for cleanings and they have been fantastic. Their staff is friendly and caring and Dr. Jenn is wonderful. I have not needed any major work done yet, but I am sure when the time comes, I will be in excellent hands.

We LOVE Dr. Jen and the whole office. I was in for a cleaning and x-rays for myself and my 18 month son. His first appointment with Dr. Jen was a great experience. Then it was my turn. He was upset he couldn’t be near me during the x-rays, so Brooke (hygienist) took him out of his stroller to console him. They then went to play and the staff played with him until I was done with my appointment! Absolutely above and beyond!
