I bought a car on Saturday and was looked after by Gully. The overall experience was excellent, there was no pressure in the sale and you can tell the cars there are well taken care of before they are put on the market. I would definitely use this place again and would recommend anyone to have a look for yourself as there were decent specced models on the yard. Thanks again Simon *Edited* Process of the sale was great however I am disappointed regarding my early settlement payment and no urgency for it to be resolved after several messages. I’ve been told and even shown a screen shot that the payment was made however close brothers are adamant that no payments been received and I’ve spent the last 3 days ringing them everyday to see if it’s cleared. It’s now been 9 days since that ā€œsettlement payment was made!ā€ Now im going to have two finance payments coming out in July so just something to be wary about before changing cars as this was the most important thing to me when I was signing the new agreement

āš ļø WARNING Avoid!! they dont deserve 1 star!! āš ļø I bought a car in March, and within 3 days the engine warning light came on. Since then, it’s been nothing but problems. Josh was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional — and I was told by two different members of staff on separate days that they don’t even test drive the cars before selling them! šŸš— Major Issues • Engine warning light constantly on and off • EGR valve cleaned twice — still faulty • Coolant pipe leak (smoke from engine) • Rear brakes dangerously low (2–3%) • Brake discs at minimum limit • Stop/start not working — battery needed replacing • Pipe not fitted correctly — took Mercedes-Benz an hour to put right I paid Ā£199 for a full Mercedes-Benz health check, and it was worth every penny considering the serious safety hazards they uncovered. Mercedes-Benz confirmed the car should never have been sold in that condition as not roadworthy worth and told me not to drive it until everything had been fixed!!!... 😔 Customer Service • Even though we had an appointment with Josh, he went out and left us waiting for over an hour before turning up. On day 5 of purchase, Josh told me the issue was my fault for how I drove the car, said ā€œwe’re not a supermarketā€, and that if I wanted a refund, I’d have to take them to court. he was rude, dismissive, and shouted at me instead of helping • Josh and the owner ignored all my letters, emails, and calls • Staff even admitted they were in the office but refused to take my call šŸ’ø Final Thoughts The staff at Bezel Garage were professional and amazing to deal with and they tried everything to fix the car, but sadly the car itself was not fit for purpose. I’ve lost thousands of pounds and endured months of stress because of this experience. Please, please save your hard-earned money and go somewhere honest and trustworthy.

Purchased my new car from Ancoats and want to say how happy I am with the service received from start to finish. Gully and Omar were great in helping me find my dream car - all information given and no pressure put on you to make a decision straight away. Went in a few times as could not decide what to go for and Gully was very attentive each time. Car was spotless upon collection as one can clearly see in the photo and ready in the given timescale. Kash was also great and went through all the great features in my BMW - Amazing service from these guys, will not disappoint. Thank you Gully, Omar and Kash!!!
