CS Waterworks did an outstanding job on repairing a toilet that was leaking on the floor at one of our Condos. It has been many years since any work had been done on the toilet so I wanted not only the leak fixed, but also new preventative maintenance done on the entire toilet to ensure future longevity. The staff that answered the phone was very professional. Since it was after closing time I was impressed that they took my call and set everything up for the next day. Bert came out and did an outstanding job and was very pleasant and professional. I was very impressed with the finished job and how detailed he was in writing up the invoice. It allowed me to understand exactly what was done and an appreciation for his hard work. I'm glad I had the professionals do it! I would highly recommend CS Waterworks for all my plumbing needs! Below is the detail from the invoice that was so professionally written out. It makes a difference when you have quality plumbers! ................."We have successfully removed the old tank and its components, and have installed a new tank filler, a 2” flush valve with flapper, a tank to bowl gasket, a tank to bowl bolt set, and a stainless braided toilet supply line. During the process, we also removed the toilet and had to cut off the old rusted bolts. A new wax seal with closet bolts was supplied and installed, and the toilet has been reset and grouted to the tile floor. " ........ This is the type of professionalism that makes a big difference in choosing the right people for the job! Craig is the owner of the company and I wanted to make sure he knows his employees are working hard for him and are very professional!! 5-STARS!!!!!!

We also had Dewey come out and inspect our septic, he was impressively thorough, doing his due diligence and providing us with invaluable information. 2nd time they've helped us out. 1st time replaced pump for us in the middle of a storm night before hurricane Milton. Today ( Saturday) they were able to walk us thru fixing issue over the phone. They are the best! Professional, courteous and friendly.
