Lovepreet KaurWould leave a zero star review if I could. Horrible customer service. Showed up without scheduling a time with us to pick up our load and then charged us for not being open. Told us that they were not informed that we had to let them know to schedule a time with us… didn’t know that wasn’t common sense. The way they talk to you also is super rude. I felt like I am fighting in a boxing match with them. They will never admit they were wrong or be nice about any sort of issue that has occurred. Money is one thing but what really makes me mad is bad customer service. Super dissatisfied.
Sandra CaballeroFolks in the main office are nice, but the staff in the shipping/receiving department are rude, and they use bad language for no reason. The sad thing is that I have to go here and I always get the same treatment from them, like I am asking them for something. I am only doing my job which is to deliver. They should teach them how to treat people better this type of attitude just ruins my day.
NAV BThis place is a joke if you are getting live loaded. You gotta wait atleast 6 hours on a regular load to be loaded if its all ready. But if its not good luck with that. Shippers are rude and arrogant if you ask them anything. Also they are zero on technology coz i asked for paperwork to be emailed and i will print it. It seemed i asked them for their whole life savings.. thats wat their reaction was.. lol.. so good luck getting loaded at this BS place. Although they got scale at location and backing into dock is easy. Staff and times to load you are garbage.
