Our taxes were filed a week late thanks to the nonsense at this firm. We turned everything in on time a month prior. I even asked Anna on April 10th when we would be filing, and she said we were in the queue. (I even asked how to prove we added a dependent, only to have my question ignored for weeks.) Lo and behold, no calls or emails on the 15th (Monday). We had to call and track down our returns, which were somewhat sloppy. No apology, not enough an ounce of contrition. They then MAILED our documents to us, just to pay online. Hundreds of dollars spent for a sloppy service and no apology. It's especially disappointing, because they did a good job last year. Next year, we are going elsewhere and paying much much less. EDIT: Irritation came from the fact that you waited till the very last minute to file our taxes, were unresponsive, and your staff was incompetent. Filing my own taxes now, we are due for a large refund. Anyone reading these reviews, please look elsewhere for reliable help from those who aren't overly emotional.
My time with them could not have been better. They were fast, accurate and a joy to work with. Their prices were less than others who acted like they would be doing me a favor to do my taxes. I recommend them to anyone who wants a CPA, like Joe, who is honest and efficient.
