Not sure how to give zero stars. Very upset with this branch. They are apparently not well trained. I have a joint account with my mother. She passed away and I went in to close out the account. Not only did the not allow me to do that, the froze the account so I (joint in the account) could not access! They told me they would advise me what THEY WERE GOING to do . It’s been a week! Still not contact and they won’t allow me to access MY money!!!!!! At a Time like this, they added more stress and upset to me. I then went to the Royal bank to do the same. Expecting them to do what CUA did. They advised me they could not freeze as I was joint. So I could never ever ever recommend anyone deal with this place. So upset'!!!!!!!!

I had dealings with Tamara Vallis I wanted To get pre-approved for a mortgage she led me on made me think I could start making offers on properties then she told me the insurer wanted 20% down payment I had the money and again she used my car loan as another excuse I waited 7 months I had gotten a raise and still she lied to me and said they wouldn’t give me the loan because it was still too recent in my bankruptcy it has been 4 years this place is garbage
