Just had a vampire at TCO take 17 viles of blood from me today. In for a rheumatology appointment. Not expecting it to be a pleasant experience but Mike Peltier did a great job so had to take his pic!🧛‍♂️ What an awesome team with Dr. Full and Dr.Kneeland who were very thorough and caring!

I unfortunately did not have a good experience at TCO Eagan. This is unfortunate, because I and my family have had previous decent experiences there and now we feel like we can no longer return. I was not happy with the visit I had with Russell Warnsholtz, PA, I did not find him to be particularly professional, he did not do any exam, and I left with very little useful information. Further, they had very poor communication in regards to getting my MRI approved through my insurance, they did not offer to appeal the decision by my insurance company, this was something I had to bring up and they in turn handled very poorly. Thankfully we have other good orthopedic options in the twin cities and we will be seeking those out in the future. As a health care provider, I now feel less likely to recommend TCO to my pts as well after my own experience.

I had a scheduled appointment and arrived 10 minutes prior. I drove over an hour for this appointment and worked a night shift prior. I waited over an hour without seeing a doctor and had to reschedule to go to work. I understand that things pop up and it’s medicine. However, communication while I was waiting or before my appointment that it would take over an hour or that you are significantly behind would have been appreciated.
