Special thanks to Mathew, the process is very reassuring, we are well informed at each stage. In particular, Mathew provided us outstanding after sales service (which is quite hard to find with other suppliers)! We had issues with one bath spout and its thermostat. Mathew helped us engage with manufacturer several times and even got the technician in to help fix the issues!

Went to buy a bench/seat for bathroom but came away with a lot more. There is a great display of bathroom accessories down stairs. Bought shower shelf with glasses Wiper, towel, holders etc, from the Keuco range. Richard was very helpful and kept me informed about delivery times, which were very quick.
