In the past, my husband and I felt like the staff tried really hard to make a sale on us or follow us around to see if we were stealing but in the last year or so, they've hired some really good staff and I've never felt more comfortable about entering this store and getting what I need. It's really turned itself around. The staff we had helping us this evening were so helpful and open to conversation. We'll definitely be coming back in the future.

I’ve been to other establishments where the employees don’t know what brands they carry and carrying the black plastic bag out the store as I should be ashamed. This time I want into Aren’t We Naughty and I was searching for a particular item. The amazing Natasha helped me. Not just helped , she gave me options and answered all my questions. She knew where everything was a drop of a dime. She was pleasant and extremely helpful. All the while she smiled the whole time. That’s how customer service should be, no matter what kind of business. Simple fact is that I’ll be a regular customer for sure!! Thank you Natasha. Greatly appreciated!!

Had a very bad experience at this store. My girlfriend and I were looking for some toys together. We were the only customers in the store and the three staff working kept hovering within a few feet of us. We told them that we were okay and just wanted some privacy but all three just stood about 5 feet away staring at us. I'm not sure if they thought we were going to steal something or what but it was a very awkward experience. After asking again to please give us some space to browse alone and without them understanding we decided to leave. We ended up finding the toy we wanted, but with such aggressive customer service, we took our business elsewhere

I was try to find a gift for my friend last week. The owner was so knowledgeable for his professional area, and he is very patient and friendly. If you want to find a toy for yourself or friends, this is the place you should check out. Such great experience and I glad to find this cute store
