I was a little nervous about purchasing my first sex toy in person. Before this, I had stuck to mail order. But the manager, June, was fabulous. She completely made me feel comfortable, and had a great sense of humor. She spent the time with me, asking why I had decided to venture in, instead of ordering. And then asked me what it was I wanted, and how much I wanted to spend. She showed me a few items, all within my price range, and one that was slightly out of it, but she assured me it was worth it. I left with two items and a great sense of security and relief. I will be back.

My partner and I came into this store on the weekend prepared to have an awkward experience like we usually do. What a surprisingly pleasant experience we ended up having!!! Elizabeth was like a breath of fresh air, she was friendly and really knew her stuff! She gave us the best service we’ve ever had in an adult shop in Toronto, and believe me we’ve been to them all.
