Redbike977I got a large item delivered in March. They were supposed to call first. I was walking out the door when the truck pulled up. Another minute and I would have missed him. I was getting a similar item in July. Since I knew they didn't call, I called them. They said they'd call the day before delivery. They didn't, even after I'd left another voicemail and sent an email (never responded to). I was home when the item was dumped on my front step, wrong side up. The driver never knocked on the door. Stickers on the box stated if there was any damage to the box, note it before signing. I hadn't signed for it since they dropped it and left. I notified the original company I had done business with that if they got a signature it wasn't mine. This company does not respond, does not call or make appointments, then dumps expensive items at the front door, and doesn't pay attention to the "This side up." labels. I would never deliberately use them. And if I have to send for something like this again I will ask that they don't use this company.
Roy JayDriver called on July 1st to say he was delivering item in 20 minutes. I was unable to accept delivery at that time. He rescheduled delivery for July 3rd. He did not show and I’ve heard nothing from the Company since despite leaving repeated voicemails and sending an email. Meanwhile, they marked my purchase as having been delivered on July 2nd. It’s now July 24th and I’m having to charge my purchase back with my credit card company.
James LynchCompletely destroyed my product. Additionally sat for days at location. Was home during delivery driver made no attempt to contact me. Manager said driver would come back to pick up product which never happened. Working with the BBB to make sure this doesn’t happen with other people. Do not use this company!
