I called the clinic and asked if I can be seen as a walk in patient and the receptionist said it’s strictly on appointment basis. I was given an appointment. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment time only to be told that patients are seen on a first come first serve basis & hence appointments don’t matter🙄. Despite being the first patient to arrive and register at 6:30am since I was given a 7am appointment, I saw the doctor at 9:40am. You people! As patients we are usually desperate but we deserve some respect. Help us manage expectations better. Give the right information about the clinic’s operations and time.

I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely atrocious service. Never saw a doctor after waiting 2 hours. They told me I had 5 more people in front of me. They don't go in order of arrival. They distribute the number among the doctors. So the numbers go out of order. The doctor hadn't arrived until 9am when the place opens and is full at 8am. Don't waste your time. I left there and went to forest mall. I was seen immediately. This place is a joke.

Their customer care is very poor First, you call and the person who answers is rude, speaks with no empathy and says it’s only on appointment, then they say first come first serve basis..so what was the point of making an appointment You will rum out of business with that kind of poor service

I was given an appointment time to return for a follow up and when I showed up it was apparently canceled without a call or a text to inform. I had to wait 3 hours to see a doctor and they refused to give me another appointment time despite canceling mine due to their disorganization.
