I was so impressed! Hayley is super kind and put me at ease right away. She adjusted the service to what each cat was willing to tolerate. I love that they do only cats on Sunday. The online system for making an appointment was so easy, and I was delighted with the photos after service and easy check out. Also, drop off and pick up was so easy through the back gate, it was nice not to have to carry them too far.
