Customer experiences
I always order the protein latte from this location, and every time the cup is filled way below the required level. It’s almost empty from the top, which is not acceptable considering the price. Today was even worse — there was a hair inside my drink. This is a serious hygiene issue, and it completely ruined the experience. I really liked this place before, but the quality has gone down and the staff needs to be more careful and consistent. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the hygiene and the portion size, because customers deserve better Attaching pictures from 2 different days
Not bad, the two ladies taking orders today were really pushy. I asked for a large coffee-cut off-what do you want in that- 1 cream 1/2 sweetener. Ok what else. 10 timbi- cut off again she basically screamed at me assorted- no I choose timbits. She proceeded to basically yell at me where are the timbits? I thought she would know where they are since she works there. I hate to say this, but it did not make me want to talk to her anymore. Very un welcoming. Iced latte was decent, new cream brulee timbits too. But staff was really lacking proper customer service. If I ever acted towards a customer working at my tims I'd be ashamed. Drive thru was taking over 8 mins a car, thought going inside would've been nicer, but it wasn't.
Service is Worse Here. So many Bias here i ordered protein latte here and when she made it she threw on the table and i just want change the lid because when she threw the cup coffee comes out i was asking for change the lid and then she said you want it or not. if we pay for something and if nobody want to give respect atleast don’t disrespect to others
Tim Hortons just isn’t what it used to be. I visited recently to ask about the promotion involving a coffee and a $1 doughnut. I specifically asked whether it applied to both iced and hot coffee, and what should have been a simple question turned into an unnecessarily difficult and frustrating exchange. None of the staff seemed confident in their response, and communication was a real struggle. They insisted the offer was only valid with a hot coffee—even as the digital advertisement right in front of us clearly showed it applied to both hot and iced options. It’s incredibly disappointing to see how far the experience has fallen. The commercials featuring Canadian actors might aim to give off a sense of warmth and pride—but that’s not at all reflected in the service you receive in-store. If Tim Hortons wants to hold on to what once made it great, they seriously need to invest in clearer communication, better training, and staff who can confidently assist customers. Right now, it feels like the brand has lost its way.
