I purchased a new 2025 Keystone Cougar 25DBSWE from Darin in early November. Despite the sales department being busy and seemingly short-handed, Darin provided excellent service and took great care of us. We took the trailer out for a shakedown trip at the end of November and encountered several issues. While we expected some minor items, there were more repairs needed than anticipated. I scheduled the service with Sabrina, and the trailer remained at the shop for just over a month. Sabrina was wonderful throughout the process, providing consistent updates at every step of the repairs.
