J WKnowledgeable, professional, and friendly people + great products = great results. From the day we requested a quote through to final day of work, Tim and his crew were a pleasure to work with. These are very hardworking people! Estimate - Tim showed up on time, evaluated our roof even indicating that we could wait a year if we wanted to but we chose not to; explained the options as far as shingles, vents, etc; provided brochures on the options; and provided a written estimate. Days (2) of work - Tim and his crew showed up at 7 am finishing up around 7 pm each day. Set up their safety equipment and tarped the areas that needed protection. Worked diligently throughout the 2 days. Wrap-up - Tim took us around and explained the features of the roof, some of the corrections he had made to previously poorly implemented workings (for instance downspouts from upper levels had previously just spilled on to lower level roof, he changed it to tie directly into downspouts saving wear on the lower roof). He also thanked us for the business. The experience was not without a hiccup as there was one blip in communication causing a week delay, however I believe mistakes happen and it is how the company handles the situation that truly distinguishes companies. Tim was very apologetic and dealt with the problem immediately. We could not have asked for more. Tim, we thank you and your crew for a job well done!
