My lovely boyfriend treated me to the best possible pick-me-up from the “when the f*ck will Spring get here”/starving for Vitamin D blues. I’m a no maintenance human, except for rare occasions, so I rely on a good cut. I had grown my hair down to my waist; straight, no bangs, and hadn’t done anything with it in a year (my stylist moved from NYC), so everyday it just went up in a bun. Every. Single. Day. Boyfriend sent me their IG profile and said “Check it out. If you like it, I’ll take you for a cut.” The salon looked awesome and all of the hairstyles and colors I was seeing looked next level. So I booked a Transformative Cut with Siobhan, which was beyond easy to set up via their website. I came in with photos for what I’d like to try. She got exactly what I was going for and mentioned adding a Gloss, to just give it that extra va-voom (which it absolutely did). She knocked it out of the park. This 100% lifted my spirit and I'm so relieved to have a new look. It’s amazing what a good hair stylist can do for you! I will be back. *also, killer playlist y’all

I’m newer to Brooklyn and I’ve been looking for a good stylist. I’ve had several people recommend this salon to me and I saw that Randy had a couple good reviews on Google so that’s what I went with. Randi was absolutely lovely to work with, she was sweet, kind funny listen to me And gave me one of the better haircuts I’ve had in a long time. I have really long hair that was just looking sort of dull, boring and straggly. She completely changed my look at a bunch of layers and created a no nonsense easy fantastic look for me and my lifestyle.

Just had a fabulous experience with Nina. She turned my blah bob into more of a fun shag. Love my new layers and bangs. Nina was very easy to communicate with and clearly understood what I was going for. Overall, great salon experience and i really appreciate the relatively low price tag.

Echo the sentiment of the one reviewer who said they can’t believe they spent money to look this stupid. I went in with very long, naturally textured hair and booked a transformative cut with wanting some shaping, layers but to keep the length. We agreed to a trim. I did not want bangs. I have pieces of hair that can’t even fit into a pony tail and just hang on the sides of my head above my ears giving I’m the little boy who loves berries and cream and if you saw how long my hair was coming in I just am not understanding how the whole thing wound up so short. They tried a form of gaslighting me after like my hair is just curling so it looks shorter and told me I should come again(!) in 3-4 months because she really needs two or three more haircuts to properly get shape back into my hair for the love of god why not tell me this from the start? Also their hot water is not working so shampoo was frigid cold. Really just mad at myself. Not to mention, most expensive haircut of my life.
