Cutting Edge HVAC LLC

I recently built an ADU. The heating an AC was an unknown for me. I was really getting in jam to have this done so I could move on with the construction. Finding Cutting Edge was amazing. They showed up the next day for a quote and were ready to do an install in a couple of days. That’s VERY fast in this world. They showed up on time and worked great with the other contractors on the job. I wanted the Sheetrock done differently than they planned, but they worked with everyone. My install had three “heads.” The crew was always working hard and smiling and seemed to be having a good time. They came back to finish the install after all the painting was done. They left it looking great, no paint touchups were even needed. Finally, I had an issue with the mini-split shaking the wall. The took the time to find an alternative solution and, in typical fashion, showed up happy, worked hard, and making it look and work fantastic. I would highly recommend this crew and working with Grant is great. Also, they recommended that I have a small space heater for the bathroom. This worked out perfect.

Don’t look any further for an HVAC person. I finally got around to giving Grant and Ryan and Grant‘s brother Digger a review, Let’s start out by saying that these young men are very responsible and hard-working.( I say young man because I’m old) they get things done and they know how to do it right,I am a person who that if someone tells me they’re going to do something they better do it, have integrity and be a person of their word, that’s exactly How Grant and his team are . I had them come over To my house to check out my furnace and air conditioning unit, the units were both 23 years old and needed to be replaced. They were able to tear them out and install new units For me and did it at a reasonable price and made it look good once again and function properly Cutting edge Hvac are very respectable people they are from Louisiana And every time I see them they are saying, yes, sir no sir OK sir so these are the guys that deserve to work for you give them a chance You won’t regret it

Had some tune up done on my furnace. The results were hard to swallow for a 3 year old furnace. Severely cracked heat exchangers. I called family members to get some feedback. My son had just used Cutting Edge and highly recommended Grant and company. After communicating with the diagnostic company and Grant I felt compelled to go with Grant and his team. This was urgent for me to get this done because of the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. Late at night Grant responded to me and was at my home ready to take on my issue. He and his team had a new furnace installed shortly after noon that day. Not only that it was almost half the price quoted me by the diagnostic company. Grant is also following up with the furnace manufacturer to get the warranty issue resolved. Over and above. Thanks so much for your cheerful and professional approach to my problem.
