I was having issues with my Parent's PR application. I contacted Abinay to help with understanding the status and next steps. 1. He helped me file for notes that gave us clear picture on the status of the application. 2. Our application was later rejected with a reason stating that medical was not done as per the request. Abinay was able to find out that the request was never made. He then helped prepare an appeal with the IAD. Based on that appeal, the application was reconsidered and now my parents got their PR.
