This review is perhaps long overdue — and to note, is specifically for NP Jeff Keating. My family and I have visited with Jeff a handful of times, and we have always remarked at how compassionate, kind, and down-to-Earth he is. Just the other day, I came to the Minute Clinic and was happy to see Jeff was the practitioner. Regarding my particularly distressful and urgent situation, he stretched to the limits of his capabilities to help me. I do believe another practitioner may have sent me to the ER or urgent care unnecessarily to pass the buck. Jeff did not. A couple days later, he followed up with a phone call — not just a generic check-the-box call, but instead remembering my situation in detail and encouraging me for my upcoming surgery. I am so grateful to him. And, I am so pleased to hear the chatter that Minute Clinic may be moving in the way of primary care. I would feel more than comfortable putting the primary care of my family in Jeff’s hands. As I reflect on my medical history, the “mid-level practitioners” that I’ve seen have by and large eclipsed the compassion and professionalism of most physicians. We are lucky to have Jeff in town.

Great experience from ease of booking the appointment to checking in on arrival to the interaction with the Nurse Practitioner at the Wilmington MA CVS. My daughter needed a physical to participate in HS sports and her PCP couldn't see her before the deadline, so I figured I'd try MinuteClinic. Such a hassle-free experience and Jeff Keating the NP could not have been more engaging and fun. Really good experience.

I walked in without an appointment and was taken right away. The nurse was very professional and made me comfortable instantly. I hate shots, but I could barely feel this one being the Covid vaccine. I could not recommend her more highly.

Went to MinuteClinic and Vicky was extremely helpful! She took the time to answer questions and also walked down the aisles to show what products worked best for my needs. Highly recommend going to this clinic and seeing Vicky, she is very caring and made this process very easy!
