I recently had an experience with this company that I'd like to share. The office politics here are quite intense, particularly revolving around a senior lady in management named Clara. She presents herself as the friendly HR during the interview process, but her true colors show afterward. Clara never misses an opportunity to taunt people, creating a toxic environment that affects the whole office. On a positive note, J, the manager, is a man of great ethics and work culture. The team leaders (TLs) are also wonderful. However, the first impression of a company often comes from HR, and Clara's behavior makes it challenging for everyone, especially some female candidates. The office strength is small, so you encounter these people daily, which can be draining. I strongly suggest the management provide clear communication regarding Saturday offs. Informing employees at the end of the day on Friday is unprofessional and disrupts planning. For potential employees, be aware that this company demands a lot of your time. Most weeks, you'll be working six days with limited personal life. This is my personal experience, and I want to remain anonymous. To future reviewers, be prepared for the company to possibly defend their employees and not fully address the issues raised. Good luck!

I want share a experince here , The HR is good , floor manager MR J is an extremely good and professional person , but the Trainer MRS Mishel is extremely unorefesional person she is expert in insulting , I would request the management. Please change the trainer ..or else she will keep insulting every new joiners , I felt so insulted by her that I left the company just the MRS Mishel insulting behaviours .. she must be replaced
