They took my car in without an appointment. Found the problem and fixed it, now that’s service. It’s so good to know I have a place I can take my car and not worry. I am a customer for life. A brand new serpentine that was installed by another mechanic in Albany belt broke while the car was in Corvallis. We called them and they said to get it to D&B and they will take care of us. Tina was great on the phone and in person. Jack checked everything out to make sure nothing was damaged, put the battery on a charger, and got the replacement belt delivered and installed in just a few hours. They worked with the Albany mechanic to take care of the bill. No charge. Highly recommend D&B Bear service for car maintenance and repair in Corvallis!

I had taken my Explorer into a dealership to replace the seat adjustment system which had given out freezing my drivers seat. After three days, they had me come in and take it back, saying they couldn’t find out what the problem was and they wouldn’t have time until the next week to look at it again. I called DNB they got me in the very next week and not only fix the problem. They fixed some of the damage that was caused by the dealership while they were looking into the problem. I cannot recommend D&B services more highly, I will use them in the future for everything

I love that lady in the front office--she has all the paperwork ready for my appointment and communicates throughout the day while my car's work is being done. The mechanics have been doing great work. It's the worth to work around the downtown street renovation. Just head for the Chinese restaurant to park, then you have all the downtown cafes and shops while you are waiting.
