Oh man, working at that SEO place was such a let-down. They talked a big game about fair pay, but let me tell you, the money was a joke – way lower than what other folks in the industry get. And the payment situation? Forget about it. Sometimes it felt like pulling teeth just to get what I was owed. It was super annoying, always leaving me in the dark about when my next paycheck would come through. But that’s not even the worst of it. When I’d had enough and wanted to move on, you know what they did? They wouldn’t give me an experience letter, which is basically like saying, "Thanks for nothing." Now, trying to get a new job is like climbing a mountain with no gear because I don’t have that official proof of where I’ve been and what I’ve done. The whole time I was there, it felt like the bosses didn’t give a hoot about us workers. They didn’t support us or help us grow. So, if you’re thinking of joining them, just remember, you’ll probably end up dealing with late paychecks and not being recognized for your hard work. It’s a real bummer, and I wouldn’t suggest it unless you’re cool with that kind of treatment.
