DACO GAS

I had previously used Dave over the course of two houses doing work for me, Dave was recommended by a trusted friend, and had rave reviews, he was always on time, helpful and did a quick job. Fast forward to a few years later and a complete gut and refurb of a town house with the basement being turned into a granny flat for an elderly parent. I didn’t make a fuss when the boiler or the carbon monoxide alarm were fitted at a slant, nor did I make it an issue that I had to call him out 4/5 times for a leaking pipe coming off said boiler, or that this was finally remedied by cable tying the pipes together, or the fact that this has made the guarantee worthless as it hadn't been fitted to manufactures guidelines. The final straw was the install of the hand basin, the room as you can tell was taken back to brick and tanked, no excuse to have pipe work in the wrong place surely, Dave and I have had heated conversations about my expectations [ I was sold on the bathroom that Dave uses as an advert], and was even told on an occasion that I should have told him exactly where I wanted the pipes and how I wanted it to look aesthetically? And on another occasion was told it would be easily accessible for the pipes if they leaked? I’m only writing this now, over a year and half down the line because unbeknown to me there was also a leak on the radiator in the brand spanking new bathroom, a leak on a pipe that I’ve been told by a reputable plumber was due to a pipe so loose that he said it hadn’t even been tightened, As the saying goes a jack of all trades…. EDIT. After receiving advice to get hold of Dave to try and resolve this situation (SEE PICTURES OF MY NEW FLOOR) he has point blank refused to even acknowledge his tardy workmanship, suggesting that i had actually done this to my own property. He said in one breath that he hadn't had a complaint in over seven years? Then latter in the conversation tells me he had been round to another job fixing an ongoing problem?

Dave fitted my parents boiler and has provided them with friendly excellent service over the past two years. Upon their recommendation we asked Dave to install our new boiler and again he provided an excellent service and did a first-class job.

Dave was brilliant!!!...….We were let down by our previous plumber after telling us they would fit a new boiler, and did not turn up. After contacting Dave he fitted us straight in and the job he has done is amazing, talking my partner through what was happening and could not help enough. his work was clean and tidy, and very professional. If I have any issues in the future with any plumbing or boiler needs, I will look no further than Dave. Thank you very much!!!
