Surgery went well. Dr. Dagher is very hyper and was rushed in. I returned to get stitches removed at scheduled morning appointment. However, at lunch I realized that he had forgotten to remove a stitch so I returned to his office that afternoon. Unfortunately since as he put it "I arrived without notice "... like it was an inconvenience ... All staff were out for lunch so I waited 1/2 hour for them to return BUT had to wait until he took care of his "scheduled" patients. He made a point to tell me that he left a patient to help me. Not impressed with service. While I am venting, the little girl that had to insert the needle ready for anathesis was very awkward like it was her first day. She took two trials to get one in. I will not go back especially since it's 85km for me to get there.

My wife and I weren’t sure what to expect from a continuing education course in Hawkesbury of all places however we couldn’t have been more pleased. Dr Dagher, Dr Glassman, Eve and the entire team put together an incredible three day endodontic/restorative continuum that kept us engaged and excited to return for more. I was referred to Dr. Dagher and his team to investigate a mysterious toothache. Turns out the tooth had cracked, needed to be extracted and replaced with an implant due to infection. The process was clearly explained, went very smoothly and I had zero pain.
