Dale is the person to help you find your forever home! This is my partner's and my first home purchase and Dale made the process amazing. Dale was very consultative throughout the whole process. Right from the beginning he took notes of what we needed from a home and paid attention to our wants. We viewed many different homes with Dale which was important as first time home buyers because it helped us to realize what we liked and disliked. Dale paid attention to the conversations we had during those trips which allowed him to give important advise. Dale was very responsive and when the seller wanted to adjust the closing date, we made alterations basically right away. After everything was confirmed, Dale stayed as a point of contact while everything was firming up and helped mitigate the stress we had dealing with the unknowns in the process. Once everything was completed with the sale and we got the keys he even had the home cleaned for us which made moving in just that much easier.
