We’ve been patients for several years and Dr. Marchesi has been great with my family. Unfortunately, the office administration has been disappointing—billing errors, being asked to come in early only to wait past our original appointment time, or having the appointment canceled altogether while my son was already in the chair. It’s become increasingly frustrating, and I’ve decided we will no longer be patients here.
