I had one of the most disappointing and upsetting experiences at Misk Jewelry. I came with every intention to make a significant purchase—gold for my daughter’s wedding—but I was treated with shocking rudeness from the moment I approached the store. The staff not only refused to let me enter without a clear reason, but they also mocked my accent openly, which was deeply hurtful and humiliating. I’ve never experienced such blatant disrespect in any professional setting, let alone from a place that claims to serve customers with dignity and care. Their behavior was completely uncalled for, unprofessional, and discriminatory. I expected a welcoming atmosphere and courteous service, but instead I was made to feel unwelcome and ridiculed. No one deserves to be treated that way, especially not in a customer-facing business. I will never return to Misk Jewelry and I will certainly be warning others in my community to stay far away. Absolutely shameful.
