If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Customer service is 11/10, I have had the pleasure of working with Katrina over the past two weeks and it has been nothing short of fantastic. Katrina and the team is extremely helpful and they went above and beyond to help me ship my goods. The entire process from inquiring about services, dropping it off, preparing invoices, figuring out alternatives and the entire process is made super simple due to the honesty, professionalism and expertise they have. When I dropped off my first shipment and got a quote I also had the chance to check around and found they are the most reasonable, transparent and honest. I really appreciated that they were super honest and transparent in this regards as many companies will sky rocket that delivery charge without you knowing! Furthermore, they went out of their way to help me with a shipment issue to the US by providing a personalized support to me and spending off working hours in the morning and evening to help me with my issue! They even provided me with a personal guarantee and shipment to make sure it happens! Although we didn't take the option they provided all the solutions they possibly could without hesitation!!! They provide the best possible rates and give you many options, so you don't need to think twice. I have a fragrance brand and have been shipping goods throughout North America and for two years I've had to deal with many issues but after finding this company it is no longer a problem. The only regret I have is not using them from when I first started!
