Danielle deserves ALL of the stars. She’s both an incredible human being and an OUT OF THIS WORLD coordinator/planner. My wife and I are wedding vendors ourselves - so needless to say, we are horrid at asking for and accepting help. Danielle and her team were incredible throughout our entire planning process and absolutely CLUTCH on the actual wedding weekend. From all the usual stressors like set up, vendor management and pack up/tear down to the unexpected (ex. running out to get cash MULTIPLE times because guests didn’t read our instructions on tipping the talent at our wedding) 😅, we felt SO supported and taken care of throughout our celebration. 13 out of 10, would absolutely recommend Danielle. Find room in whatever your budget is - you’ll thank yourself later!

As a wedding photographer who's worked with many planners, Danielle Rice is absolutely incredible under pressure! I watched her work magic during what I lovingly call "The Hurricane Wedding" - when a tropical storm decided to crash the party in Kentucky. Talk about stress management! While Mother Nature was doing her thing outside, Danielle kept everything running so smoothly inside that you'd never know we were in the middle of a storm. She had backup plans for her backup plans, and her calm energy kept everyone feeling relaxed and excited despite the weather chaos. Her team's communication was top-notch all day - keeping vendors, the couple, and family all in the loop as we navigated the timeline adjustments. This is exactly who you want in your corner when unexpected weather crashes your wedding day (or really, for any wedding day!).
