Our Kosmo lives in the country with us, he loves outdoors and is obsessed with swimming at the beach! He’s a 3 year old Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix and has the thick Pom coat. He was a disaster! They didn’t shame us and gave us exactly what we wanted! We are very satisfied ✅
I have a very nervous husky rescue so I am always a bit worried whenever I bring her in for a nail trim. Luckily the staff was very good at making the walk in quick and efficient and when she inevitably needed a bit more attention there was no issue giving her what she needed to have her best appointment yet.
Had a small issue with my dog following his 1st visit as he has sensitive skin. Was extremely itchy after his groom. After speaking with the owner, she was apologetic understanding to the issue, and was quick to rectify! My furry pet isn't itchy anymore and was beyond happy after his 2nd bath! He looks AMAZING!! I will definitely use their services again
