We inquired yet again to Darren for commercial custom Christmas lights on our new house. In short time Darren came out to quote the job and within a couple hours we had the quote in hand. Their online system is ridiculously easy to use and laid out very well. Once I approved the quote I was contacted by Avery to confirm the details and book it in. My schedule was flexible and within a few days she had texted saying they had an opening the next day. Artem and Kostiantyn showed up and got to work quickly. Unfortunately for them the weather wasn’t cooperating so they struggled with the rain and mud as our landscaping isn’t done. But they got the job done quickly and efficiently and it looks amazing. Since they struggled with the mud a bit, they even went so far as to power wash the driveway before leaving which I definitely did not expect. I cannot recommend Darren Does That enough. They are very professional, efficient, and excellent customer service. Thank you DDT team!

He took the time to meet and showcase the product and answer any of my questions before even providing me with a quote. His pricing was reasonable compared to other quotes, and we were able to come to a mutually beneficial agreement with scheduling and pricing. His staff that completed the installation were courteous, professional, took the time to allow me to do a final inspection, and made sure I understood the app completely before they left.
