Contacted a guy named Dietmar Sommerfeld about finding retail locations for us throughout Southwestern Ontario. We had to chase him for two weeks to call us back. When he finally called us back, we got an arrogant and condescending attitude for our trouble. After he started running his oversized ego and putting down the project, we ended the call immediately. Since that time, we’ve selected a competitor and have committed to 11 locations across Southwestern Ontario. Our agent will make over $300,000 in commissions within the next 90 days. Glad we are with a competent, professional firm now that gets the job done without the delusional ego stuff from a guy that's just a broker.
