Except the fact that the team is polite, the service is not recommended at all. None of the assurances they give are true, they'll not help you out with anything and you have to manage everything on your own. Even for smallest of things like getting an electricity transfer done, for which they charged 20,000 extra from me, I had to follow up hundreds of time and then have to get things done on my own. If they say 'A', expect things to be 'Z'. They said I can take loan from any bank, eventually I ended up taking loan from a bank with higher rate of interest as the seller did not clear his loan and I was not preinformed about it (I found out and also indicated, still I ended up taking loan from another bank not having left with any option). The seller was an oversmart fellow and ended up paying for the extra charges incurred because of loan processing from HDFC (no one knew about the processes and therefore this happened). The team has no knowledge of the property they are selling and even knowledge of basic processes of selling and buying and it was always about just selling the property and their fees. The only thing they would do is to ask for money, payment of house, payment of their fees and then you keep on following up with them and the work never gets done. I paid 35000 rupees as their fees to them for doing nothing, or to be precise to just take my calls and give false assurances. Undoubtedly the team is polite, but being lied to so many times is never pleasing. I would not recommend the service. Two stars for the politeness and certainly not for service received.

fraud experience.their number is not working anymore.they have looted several customers and their money and fled away.earlier reviews are by their own employees dont go to them they dont have any real project just they loot money from you.
