Pros :✅ 1) Posh office ambience. 2) Good infrastructure. 3) Work from home advantage. 4) Great office location. 5) The directors are really nice people. 6) Confident & highly knowledgeable editors and proofreaders. 7) Occasional office parties (birthdays, etc) 8) Performance appraisal & recognition for performers. 9) Supportive co-workers & seniors. 10) Great place for enhancing one's knowledge base, through constant research and learning. Cons : ❌ 1) Employment agreement, starting after one month from joining. 2) Less "practical" product training on the computer & more theoretical (pen & paper) approach. 3) Covid-19 prevention protocols should be made more stringent inside the office. Masks should be made mandatory for all. Life is above everything else. Overall, it's a commendable company. Recommended. 👍🏻
