Buyer beware! Would give 0 stars if I could. Highly unprofessional - overpromise and underdeliver. Extremely helpful and responsive initially (before a purchase is made), after that it is all cat and mouse games. Getting in touch is practically impossible... The greatest criminals in the world can learn a thing or two about being elusive from these people. Terrible experience is frankly an understatement. Even Google can do a better job at giving you data - guys, you're wasting your hard earned money here.

My second experience with Data Bridge Market Research. Their studies have always been of high quality. Furthermore, they always respect your time and your money by providing excellent customer service and accurate data. Their customer support as our registered vendor has been outstanding as well.

In short, I would not recommend any type of professional relationship with Data Bridge. Data Bridge did not deliver promised services, are extremely unprofessional, and in my opinion should be considered a daylight scam. What should be mentioned is that before purchase of services, communication and professionalism was extremely high. However, after purchase of services was made and money transfer, everything went sideways. Their representative personal essentially disappeared and completely stopped responding. I encourage companies, big or small, to think twice before working with Data Bridge. I write this review with sadness, and with hope that other will not make the same mistake that my company made.
