I arranged for an airport pick up on 27 Dec 720am at Heathrow terminal 3. This was for a guest arriving and not for myself. I left instructions on the booking for the driver to meet at the arrival. we provided flight details. The driver, Mr Ali arrived, was extremely polite on the call with me. However he had been waiting at a different meeting point instead of picking up at the arrival. My guest was not picked up in the end. I was charged 80 pounds on my credit card for service not received and alot of anxiety for an elderly passenger traveling alone. There was no indication nor instructions at the point of booking or communication thereafter that we were supposed to wait at the meeting point. They accepted my booking with my notes and took my payment. I sent 3 emails requesting for the company to look into it but received no response.

I had a very good driver for my trip (Stephen). Arrived bang on time & sorted out my luggage in his car. Had a good drive down to Gatwick and a good conversation all the way there. He helped sourcing a trolley for me at the other end & again sorted out the luggage on the trolley for me (I had a few!). This was my first time using Data Cars. The price was reasonable compare to others that I looked at. I have also just looked at a couple of the reviews. I can say that I had a different experience. I would use Data Cars again if I can get the same driver! Thank you Stephen!

Precooked 2 taxis for kids party at O2. Journey there wasn't the greatest as 1 driver couldn't find anywhere to drop us. Trip home was 1st class. Call describing taxi and time of arrival. Friendly and excellent drivers. I would definitely use DATA Taxi again.
