Dave made my garage project happen with very little stress on my part. We had plans drawn up for a 40' X 24' garage with attached carport with electricity and gas. After getting bids from several contractors we decided to go with Dave and I'm glad that we did. He took care of permitting hassles and was very communicative through out the entire project. His subcontractors are highly skilled and do a great job. He completed the project on time for the amount that he quoted. I just wish he did more than just garages.

Dave built us a garage with an attached office, and we had a great experience from start to finish. Dave was professional, easy to work with, and clearly knows his stuff. One thing we really appreciated was how upfront he was about anything that could add to the cost. There were no surprises or frustrating negotiations like I’ve had with other contractors in the past. He explained everything clearly and honestly. We were also expecting our second child, so we were on a tight deadline and really needed the project done before the baby arrived. Dave completely understood the urgency and stayed on schedule the whole way through. In fact, he wrapped everything up a full week early, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. The finished garage and office look great, and we’re really happy with the quality of the work.
