He checks every detail, and nothing can hide from his keen eyes. He is also so patient and explains every detail. Moreover, as my french was not good, he also gave me the translation of the report into English at no extra cost. I strongly suggest him if you want to know all the problems with the house you plan to buy. I myself am an engineer and understand the quality of his report.
