About 3 years ago, I contacted Debbie Shapiro to help with citizenship by decent. Took a bit to do because of covid but she was persistent. Now I’m a former Marine, I enjoyed her passion for her work. Her energy is very apparent when she updates you. To put more context, here in the US, my lawyer for Military disability, only contacted me in 9 months to let me know I got what I wanted, the problem, it was a text a month after I had already been receiving the benefits. No communication. They can do better. I am moving to Canada, she will be my lawyer in my affairs as long as she will have me. She is that good.
